2nd Annual Aurora Mental Health Faith Based Conference, Boots on the Ground, held on November 6th 2008.

Faith and Mental Health... Serving Returning Soldiers, Inmates and Those in Need

The Aurora Mental Health Center is proud to be partnering with the Aurora Police Department, Faith Leaders, and members of the Military in order to strengthen our understanding of service to returning soldiers, their families, individuals, re-entering the community from the Department of Corrections, and others with mental health issues that may need our support. On Thursday, November 6, 2008, from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm our conference "Boots on the Ground... Faith and Mental Health... Serving Returning Soldiers, Inmates, and Those in Need" will take place.

Those that attend will leave feeling more equipped to respond to the unique challenges of those rebuilding their lives after life altering experiences. If you are interested in attending the conference or for more information, please contact Debbie Stafford, Faith Based Coordinator for the Aurora Mental Health Center at 303-617-2441.
