Dual Diagnosis Support Group
This group focuses on helping people who have a both a mental health problem and a drug or alcohol problem. Group members learn to identify and change self-defeating attitudes and beliefs. There is also an emphasis on identifying triggers that can lead to relapse and developing alternative coping strategies when those triggers occur. Group members support each other in the process.

BIPOLAR EDUCATION AND SKILLS TRAINING CLASS
This class will educate you on how to effectively deal with your symptoms of Bipolar Disorder and how to stabilize your moods to prevent relapse. The B.E.S.T. (Bipolar Education Skills Training) class is research-based and uses the most up-to-date information on how to manage this chronic mental illness.
The course will enable you to:
- Learn the characteristics of bipolar disorder and how they can be managed
- Identify early warning signs and how to prevent relapse
- Stabilize your lifestyle and daily routines to manage mood symptoms
- Moderate stress and change
- Learn problem solving and communication skills

TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE: Make a powerful connection to life, yourself and others
Are you frequently miserable and depressed?

We become “creatures of habit” so that dysfunctional ways of operating become almost automatic, meaning our negative perceptions and attitudes run our lives.
This class will look at practices and ways of being that have been found to increase health and happiness, and create a more resilient and healthier self. Increased happiness is a byproduct of incorporating the changes into your daily life one step at a time.
Each week you will:
- Discover new and proven principles and practices, which can be incorporated into your everyday life.
- Develop a more positive lifestyle by replacing dysfunctional patterns with more positive life affirming habits that increases your health and happiness.
- Reprogram your thoughts and actions to attract and create a more positive experience of life.
“Transform Your Life” will be an ongoing group experience with the focus of changing your life so that it works the way you want it to work.
