CREATING HEALTH AND HAPPINESS IN YOUR LIFE

A happier person is more likely to be more productive, efficient and healthier according to a CNN report.  Increasing happiness creates a stronger immune system, better emotional health, more energy and better self control and coping abilities.

We are offering an eight-hour class on creating health and happiness in your life.  This class will look at practices that have been found to increase health and happiness.  Happiness is a zero sum game: if you get it and give it away, you create more of it.

Intentions for the course:

  • Learn practices, ways of being, thinking and acting that increase your health and happiness.
  • Explore what it means to take 100% responsibility for your life.
  • Learn the distinction between fact and story.
  • Learn the difference between high energy and low energy and live more consistently in ways the create high energy.
  • Discover the Secret–How to apply the Law of Attraction into your life.
  • Learn the power of living your life fully in the Now.
  • Live your life by creating happiness in your world each and every day.

This class is interactive and each participant will be asked to apply each of the distinctions they learned to their lives.  To make the class even more powerful, participants will be asked to share how the distinctions have worked for them; this serves as an inspiration for everyone to create a life that they love today.  We find that the class is more powerful if you take it with a friend who will support you on whatever journey you take on for yourself.
