Eligibility for coverage

All employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible to participate in Aurora Mental Health Center’s employee benefits.  Effective date of coverage for health insurance is date of hire.  Eligible date for dental insurance is first day of month following your date of hire.


Hours accrue on a monthly basis.  Full time accruals are listed below.  Part time employees receive vacation on a pro-rated basis.

Sick Leave

Full time employees earn 8 hours per month.  Part time employees accrue sick leave on a pro-rated basis.

Free Eco Pass

All employees may receive a free RTD Eco Pass.  Pass provides unlimited use of all buses and light rail services.


Retirement Plan – 403(b)

Aurora Mental Health is excited to offer a Retirement Plan.  Both traditional and Roth options are offered.  Employees are eligible to contribute to the Center’s retirement plan right away and after a year of service, the Center will match.  Both the employer and employee contributions are 100% vested immediately.
