ASRC is a free place of healing for all those in our community whose lives have been affected by trauma of any kind. ASRC works with all walks of life and is a great resource to the community by helping people develop positive coping skills, resilience, and connection to community.
To engage our clientele we host wellness classes and groups such as Mindfulness 101, Cooking Matters, Diabetes Prevention Education, yoga, acupuncture, and meditation. We collaborate and share space with other organizations including The Village Exchange Center, City of Aurora, Aurora Health Access, and Colorado Providers Integrated Network. We also offer individual therapy in a strengths-based and solution-focused model to help empower our clients.
