An event every week that begins at 2:30 pm on Friday, repeating until August 6, 2021

This group will teach members how to develop skills to manage difficult moods and emotions. Members can also expect to improve their ability to regulate their thoughts and feelings.

 

Aurora Mental Health Center Community Connections and the Career Development Center is for adults 18 and up recovering from a mental health diagnosis or substance use. Members are supported and encouraged to actively engage in their recovery and wellness; where we all strive to live life to the fullest; and where we all brave this journey called life together. We offer a robust schedule of classes, activities, and special events, all of which are rooted in SAMSHA’s 8 Dimensions of Wellness.
