Aurora Mental Health Center offers a wide range of treatments and services including:
Treatment is always decided on by you and the provider together to meet your diagnosed needs, as well as personal and cultural preferences.
If you have concerns about signs or symptoms related to social, emotional, or behavioral functioning, you are welcome for an initial conversation and assessment. Our services are not limited to residents of Aurora. Treatment is based on a full assessment and diagnosis that shows a medical need for treatment.
The cost of treatment may be covered in part or fully by your health coverage, usually insurance, Health First Medicaid, Medicare, or Child Health Plan Plus coverage. We also provide services for people who live in our catchment area and who cannot access other coverage using a sliding scale fee. Please inquire for details.
The results achieved through treatment vary based on multiple factors. These include the person’s diagnosis, mental health history, adherence to the treatment plan, and ability to engage with providers. However, most mental health conditions respond well to treatment, allowing the person to return to healthier functioning with the goal of living life to the fullest.
If you have questions about treatment for yourself or a loved one, please call 303.617.2300 and ask for information on how to connect with services.
